Hunting in Poland
Hunting in Poland
Welcome! Poland is a country famous for hunting traditions, especially for individual hunting. There are lots of hunting secrets that you can discover from our trip to Poland. Beside individual hunting we organize driven hunting for groups from 10 even to 20 hunters. There is also a possibility to mix up this two. Individual hunting first 2 days and then driven hunting or bird hunting on third day of stay.
Polish skilled guides are happy when they can share their passion for hunting with guests. They love to dusscus about hunting stories. In the springtime (May), just before corn grows and limits visibility, roebuck hunting is a pure pleasure. This view is breathtaking watching the beautiful mornings fog.
We focus that stay in Poland was unique for you try to adapt accommodation to your expectations. Our wide range of accommodation give us opportunity to offer you stays in luxury apartments, hunting lodges, palaces and hotels of varying standards. During trip you will go out hunting twice a day (morning and evening). A morning outing starts at sunrise – 4:00 and ends about 8:00. Then you can eat breakfast and rest. Before comming out you will take a pleasure to try Polish Cuisine and national dishes. Between 17:00 and 18:00 (depend on day of year) evening hunting start. You will be at hunting ground till 10:00 (In Poland hunting for roebuck are allowed only 1 hour before sunrise and 1 hour after sunset). If there is a full moon an evening jurney may last longer - you can chatting on highseat for wild boars and experience the stunning views. We offer also hunting only for wild boars so if you are interested to grab their trophy just contact us.
The best time for big hunting trophies is the end of July and the beginning of August. This will be a good chance to stalking nice and representative buck (they are intoxicated by female pheromones and less vigilant). If you're lucky you will have chance to see strong and old bucks fighting each other for the favor of females.
September is ideal for hunting with dogs for geese, ducks, pheasants and is also a great opportunity to observe and hunt red deer. Red deer is a king of Polish forest and his majestic trophy accelerates the heartbeat of many a hunter. Our hunters are known for imitating sounds of a roaring deer so if you want also get to know just ask them how to do it. One of the biggest antlers can weight over 14kg!
Some people claims that the beginning of an open season is the best time to arrive because there is a lot of game in the hunting ground. The truth is that the biggest and most beautiful trophies can be gathered during the rut time.
In the beginning of September is a time for driven hunt. The view of wild boars running through the snow-covered forest is amazing. Most of driven hunt we organize as a fixed price of 1850 EUR and include all game and accommodation. We are known to organize transport for group between accommodation and hunting ground. Hunting starts at 8:00. During day we organize 7 to 12 rounds. At noon is provided a short break for meal in the forest by a camp fire. Driven hunting ends in the middle of January, but it is possible to hunt individually for deer and boars until the end of February.
Also during winter time we offer you unusual hunting for fallow deer and muflon. As a few, we also offer our guests a hunt for bison!
We have an expanding group of satisfied customers including hunters from Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Belgium, France, Austria, Italy and even the U.S. and Canada confirms that hunting in Poland is one of the best and most exciting hunts in Europe.
